Our Story

Abu Shaheed Investment SPC is a small company with a very highly skilled team. We are fully licensed and insured to provide our clients with the utmost confidence and protection. Because we are a small company our overhead is low providing our clients with savings while not sacrificing quality.

At least one of our principals is involved with your project from the planning stage to completion. Involvement means hands on rather than oversight through site visits, reports and paper work from others.

Abu Shaheed Investment SPC team has been developing and building quality office space for more than fifteen years throughout Pakistan. We have specialized in civil construction and sewage network construction and we are acutely aware of requirements associated with these types of projects.

Preconstruction Services

We work with the owner and the design team in the early phase of drawings, to provide value engineering and suggestions for siting, constructability, budget and scheduling. Within our Preconstruction services, we act as a value-added member of the design team, enhancing the design segment of the job by providing accurate pricing information and marrying the budget to the actual design.

By incorporating items such as sustainability and maintenance costs into our design review, our suggestions can often save the owner money well into the future. Our pre-construction team works to reduce the overall project cost by saving time, labor and expenses. The result is a building designed to the owner's specifications, within budget and with no surprises.

General Contractor

General Contractor ●

– As a General Contractor, our services begin with pricing. We bid out the job in predetermined packages, and verify the validity of the bids using our extensive cost histories. During actual construction, we manage the day to day activity on the job, including safety, quality control and adherence to the schedule. We also provide bonding for the project and hold all subcontractor contracts, unless instructed to do otherwise by the owner.- We have the ability to self-perform many aspects of our work, giving us greater control over the schedule and allowing us to truly drive the project.

Construction Management

Construction Management ●

Our Construction Management (CM) team is closely involved in the planning and design phase and typically joins the project at the same time as the architect. We provide input on constructability, budget, and schedule, which reduces costs. During the construction phase, our full-time supervision team is on-site, monitoring work to assure compliance with specifications, budget and schedule.Our CM team also acts as a liaison to the owner providing the on-going status of the project, producing monthly progress reports which detail the status of the job from start to finish.Your Attractive Heading

Strategic Construction Partner ●

As a Strategic Construction Partner, we operate as an extension of our client's own staff, overseeing both project construction and facilities management. Within this role, we create a "construction program" in which we manage design review, budgeting, scheduling, quality control, safety, and security, as well as any other client requested items. This project delivery method is best suited for an organization with multiple projects or facilities because it provides a consistent, measurable program through every phase of the construction process which can be extended to any location or facility.

This ability to listen enables us to maintain successful working relationships with clients, subcontractors and vendors while implementing cutting-edge technology on our projects.

One such innovation is the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM). Our team has extensive project experience and clearly understands the value that BIM can add to the outcome of a project. Our team's expertise will benefit the project's planning and construction management process – from the pre-bid phase through the commissioning phase.

Our safety program is proactive and action-oriented; everyone from management to trades people are involved in making a zero-incident workplace a reality. We use daily pre-task planning sessions, ongoing safety inspections, weekly safety meetings, safety seminars, special equipment training, safety manual reviews and email updates to assist in attaining our goal of zero incidents.

Our current active projects across Oman

Abu Shaheed Investment SPC is involved in multiple projects around Oman. Our current projects include construction of two governmental projects in Saham and private 4 villas in Muscat (Al Khoud) and two more subcontracts in Sur (Fins). We thoroughly understand the specialized nature of these particular types of projects.

Each development that Abu Shaheed Investment SPC is involved with receives our professional expertise to help it achieve the ultimate in client satisfaction. First and foremost, we develop a project as if we were the final tenant. Our developments and buildings are planned with the paramount critique in mind: "Would we choose to occupy space in one of our developments?" We strive to answer "Yes" with everything that we build.
